Fransgård's SR-3900 lift-suspended rotary rake is built to handle a wide variety of crops in both large and small amounts of material.
The rotary rake has high ground clearance and an even larger working width than the SR-3600.
The SR-3900 is built on a heavy-duty suspension with a transport lock. The boogie system with 6 wheels ensures a smoother and more even workflow. The curve control under the rotor has 3 settings to ensure optimal raking and perfect swath wilting.
The working height is steplessly adjustable via a spindle at the top of the rotor. The raking arm is easily removed via a spring-loaded handle.

The solid 3-point suspension is rolled in square profile tube, which ensures high strength and good design.
The undercarriage of the SR-3900 is fitted with 6 wheels, which are offset and tilt in the middle, ensuring that the machine follows the terrain in the best possible way.
A strong crown wheel and gear-pinions with hardened teeth are well protected in a moulded housing on top of the rotor.
The moulded curve control with nylon wheels, which are fitted with ball bearings for long life, is designed to be very easy to service
Adjustment of the safety bar from the transport to working position is carried out via a single bolt and without using tools.
On the main frame there is a magazine for storing the raking arms during transport and for winter storage, as well as space for a spare raking arm.
The raking arm is easily fitted via the spring-loaded handle, which also acts as a lock.
The 3-point suspension is fitted with a PTO hook for the PTO axle when the machine is parked and which is easily turned aside while working with the machine.
The raking arm is set up in transport and winter storage position.
The raking arm is fitted with 3 rake springs via a special bracket, and the rake spring is bent to achieve maximum clearance when turning up.
The moulded rotor ensures a very robust and stable machine.
The safety bars are easily tilted up to the vertical position during transport.
The swath cover is telescopically adjustable depending on the desired swath width. The swath cover is made of heavy-duty tarpaulin and fitted with 6 plastic braces.
The rotary rake is fitted with lubrication nipples in the pivot points and is clearly marked with yellow signs.
Stepless adjustment of the rake height via the galvanised handle on top of the gearbox, which also has a strong locking handle to keep the rake in the desired position.
The curve control can be adjusted in 3 positions to achieve the best possible result depending on the type of crop you are working with.
The support leg ensures stable parking and is lifted during rake work so that it is always on the rake when it needs to be parked.
The transport bracket tilts down manually and locks the 3-point suspension, so the machine hangs quietly and stably behind the tractor during transport.
All raking arms are mounted and safety bars are folded up during transport or winter storage.
The transport bracket is manually tilted off while working with the machine, so that the 3-point suspension rotates with it and relieves the wheels in the turns.
