The HW-3019 is a hydraulically driven winch that can be mounted and operated from many different machines that do not have a power take-off, such as a Unimog and Bobcat. The winch can be mounted both front and rear, which increases flexibility.
It is suitable for companies that regularly need to move trees quickly, for example, in the event of forest fall after a storm, to ensure road access, or simply for light forest maintenance.
The HW-3019 has a tractive force of 3 tonnes. It is fitted with both cast iron top and bottom rollers and double ball bearings. Belt brake is standard and the winch is operated via cable control or radio control.
The winch can be mounted with 3-point suspension or other types of suspension depending on the machine it is to be mounted on. It comes without hoses for the hydraulic motor, as these are supplied and individually adapted to the machine in question by the local workshop.

The moulded top roller box rests on a support plate, which ensures stable wire retraction, even under heavy loads. The support plate can be greased so that the top roller turns freely from side to side.
4 metre long battery cable with 80 Amp fuse. Mounted directly on the tractor battery.
The extra reinforced drive chain ensures long life and minimal wear on the chain wheels, as well as fewer breakdowns. The chain is lightly lubricated from the outside with chain spray or grease. It is important not to use oil, as it will run down the clutch lining, which is riveted to the large gear wheel.
The wire drum is fitted with a spring-loaded freewheel brake, which ensures that the wire drum stops rotating as soon as the extraction of the wire is stopped. This avoids loose wire inside the wire drum.
The winch has an electric-hydraulic control system with its own oil supply for operating the brake and clutch cylinders. It only requires 12V power from the tractor.
The winch is driven by the powerful oil engine, which requires 40-60 l/min. It is well protected inside the frame of the machine. The winch comes without hydraulic hoses for the oil engine, which are individually adapted to each machine.
The compact winch is well shielded so that branches and other foreign objects do not get in and ruin the machinery. The shield can be easily removed when the machine needs servicing.
The compact winch is built on a sturdy steel frame, which is made of Domex 420 steel.
The pivoting bottom roller on the winch provides greater safety when retracting from an oblique angle by moving the centre of gravity further down. This minimises the risk of the machine being lifted and also allows a smaller tractor to be used.
The HW winch has as standard 4 holes on each side of the main frame for direct mounting on various tool carriers or mounting of 3-point suspension item no. 6420
7-pin connector for mounting cable control or radio control. The winch must be operated with cable control item no. 1591 or radio control item no. 1604.
The end of the wire is fixed to the drum with the locking bracket. It is designed in such a way that the wire goes free if it accidentally runs back during rewinding especially on steep slopes.
The winch has a belt brake around the drum as standard. This ensures that the wire is always braked when you stop the winding and thus does not run back.
Sliding hook for 9-13 mm wire
End hook for 8-11 mm wire
Factory installation of wire on the winch.
Slider for 8-14 mm wire with a chain drop for 7-8 mm chain
2 m x 7 mm chain with locking eye and pin
2 m x 7 mm chain with C-hook and pin
3 m x 7 mm chain with C-hook and pin
Cable control for operating the brake and clutch on the winch. The controller has a 7 metre cable and an emergency stop button.
Telenot radio control for wireless operation of brake and clutch on the winch. The hand transmitter is built in an aluminium frame with hard plastic on the outside, which makes it highly resistant to impact and moisture. The handheld transmitter uses rechargeable AA batteries that are charged in the included charger. Belt and holder included.
Remote roller/throwing block for 8-14 mm wire and tractive force up to 4 tonnes.
For use on sloping and angled retractions.
Closed roller so the wire does not jump off. Weight 6 kg.
Elca radio control for wireless operation of the brake and clutch on the winch. The hand-held transmitter is made of hard plastic that is welded together, making it highly resistant to moisture. The battery is charged in the included charger. The battery cannot be replaced. Belt and holder included.
Loading sling 2 m with a breaking strength of 4 tonnes (recommended for item no. 1595)
For fitting around standing trees to avoid damaging the bark.
3-point suspension cat I/II is bolted to the winch.
