Fransgård's combi rake model TI-6000 has many setting options, is easy to service and has low operating costs. The raking function is top quality. By raking to the centre, the width of the swath can be precisely adjusted to the pickup that will collect the crops. The larger the working width, the larger the swath width.
Raking to the side allows you to put several swathes together. The TI-6000 can put 2 swathes together in one operation. When you want to have full control over the raking process, this is the perfect machine.
The model has a spreading function that can be used if spreading is not the most important thing. However, this function is not quite on par with a specific spreader/turning rake and it is not recommended to be the rake's primary purpose.
The TI-6000 rake has 2 rotors with 6 arms on each - all fitted with nylon wheels. The closed ball bearings in the curve control require no lubrication. The arms are easily detachable via a spring-loaded handle when moving between work functions.
When switching from centre to side raking, the direction of rotation of the left rotor changes. It is important that the nylon wheel in the curve control is turned 180°. The model pivots between the suspension and the boom, which locks automatically when the machine is lifted.
When converting for transport, the machine is manually turned in behind the tractor.

The sturdy 3-point suspension is fitted with movable lift brackets and top bar brackets, as well as clear labels.
The U-iron profile protection bracket, suspended in rubber bushes to absorb the many vibrations, ensures a long service life.
The protection bracket on the right side folds up during transport and the left one swivels in behind the machine.
The hydraulic cylinder is used for fine adjustment of the raking height and switching to the spreading function.
If this hydraulic cylinder is desired, the rake is ordered from new as TI-6000Hydr.
To upgrade a TI-6000 with this cylinder, order item number 42411A
The hydraulic cylinder adjusts the left rotor out and in to the desired rake width or swath width. To avoid blurring of the profiles, they are fitted with 2 adjustment bolts.
Heavy duty swivel joint with a main boom and centre boom with the possibility of lubrication.
Mounting brackets and adjustment brackets are galvanised and can be adjusted without using tools.
Large twin wheels under each rotor are standard.
The wheel height is adjusted via a hollow bracket at the wheel suspension, and the wheels are turned to the desired position in the slots in the bracket.
The moulded curve disc under each rotor can be adjusted in 3 positions via a spring-loaded handle. The wheels in the curve disc are nylon wheels fitted with ball bearings. The open curve disc makes it easy to service.
The PTO axle is standard with an overload clutch.
The movable lift bracket helps the rake to follow the terrain in the best possible way.
It is fitted with a mechanical top bar on the central boom for fine adjustment of the raking height and conversion to spreading function is standard. It can be replaced with a hydraulic cylinder by ordering item no. 42411A or by ordering a TI-6000Hydr. from new.
The powerful linkage to the PTO axles ensures an optimal angle of the PTO in the different settings and the best possible angle of the PTO to the tractor.
The compact V-shaped boom in special steel ensures good stability in the machine and the possibility of the 3-point suspension rotating.
A large and clear label on the boom shows with drawings the many settings for the 4 working functions.
Changing the rake to the various working positions is done without using tools. It is important to familiarise yourself with the various settings before using the rake. It is useful to mechanically turn the rotors before start-up to ensure that the machine is correctly adjusted.
The raking arm with 3 double springs is easily dismounted and moved to another position via the spring-loaded handle. All springs are fitted with a unique 3-piece bracket.
When switching from side to centre raking, the wheels in the curve disc under the left-hand rotor must be turned 180º so that the wheel always runs in the direction of rotation.
When all 6 splitters are removed, pull out the raking arm bracket, rotate 180º and push back into place and reinstall the splitters.
The strong compression moulded rotor ensures great stability and balance in the machine. Under the moulded gear housing on top of the rotor is a hardened crown wheel/gear-pinion - with the possibility of lubrication.
The swath cover with 4 plastic braces can be adjusted both in and out and up and down, so you get the perfect swath regardless of the crop when raking out to the side.
The swath cover can be removed or turned upwards in the other functions.
Support legs can be lifted up while working with the machine and are thus always available when it needs to be parked.
The strong flexible top bar is locked in place with a bolt, securing the machine behind the tractor. This can be an advantage in some work tasks and during transport.
The top bar can be mounted so that the ball in the bracket tilts down and the machine runs as semi-towed and the 3-point suspension rotates with it, to relieve the machine as much as possible during work. The ball in the bracket will automatically lock when the machine is raised for transport and the machine is fixed behind the tractor.
The machine is turned fully in behind the tractor during transport and clicked into the spring-loaded transport lock. This gives the machine a transport width of 2.5 m and a length behind the tractor of 3.7 m.
When switching from centre to side raking, the direction of rotation of the left-hand rotor is changed via the turn gear on the right-hand side.
