Fransgård's front-mounted rotary rake is a niche machine for shredding and baling/collecting in a single operation. This saves the user a lot of time and money.
The width of the rake is hydraulically adjustable, and the swath width can be adapted to the pick-up of the baler. A front-mounted rake also means no driving into the material first and provides optimum working comfort for the operator.
The TI-6000FL is hydraulically driven and requires only 45 l/min, which means that there is also excess oil for the baler. The bracket is fitted with bolts which make it easy to change. The grate can be mounted in the front lift or on the front loader.
When mounting the front loader, it is recommended to have a floating position on the tilt function of the loader.
Stepless height adjustment of wheels and angle of rotors. Removable arms without the need for tools. The rake is prepared for front wheels (optional extras), which are always recommended for hilly terrain.
The rake is manually packed during transport and sticks out 3.5 m in front of the tractor.

The front rake is prepared for mounting front wheels. The front wheel ensures that the rake follows the terrain and does not go into the ground (Optional extra item no. 4215).
The bracket at the spindle on the boom has both a fixed hole and a slot. This makes the machine very flexible regardless of the terrain and crop being worked on.
Hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the working width and thus also the swath width. The cylinder pushes the left rotor in and out.
The heavy-duty greasable swivel joint between the 2 booms ensures a flexible and robust machine.
The long spring on the boom spindle helps the machine follow the terrain perfectly, even in hilly areas.
The front wheel, which is both rotatable and height-adjustable, makes it easy to work with the machine and keep the desired distance at raking height.
Both rotors have a strong moulded gear housing on top with a lubrication nipple for lubricating the crown wheel.
2 large swivel wheels under each rotor provide a smooth working action and keep the machine stable in very hilly terrain.
The large handle on the spindle of the boom makes it easy to fine-tune the rake in a horizontal position.
The curve control under each rotor is lubrication-free and runs on nylon wheels with ball bearings. The open curve control makes it easy to service and can be adjusted in 3 positions via a handle to achieve the best result in different crops.
Compact boom with reinforcements provides a stable machine and a good view for the pilot. Bracket for mounting the raking arms during transport.
The protection bars are suspended with rubber bushes to absorb the many shocks and ensure a long life of the machine.
The rake is prepared for a suspension, which is bolted on. The suspension can be freely selected with 3-point, Euro or SMS at no extra cost (see optional extras).
The raking arm with 3 double springs is easily removed via the spring-loaded handle.
The raking arms should be removed during winter storage.
The raking arms are lifted into brackets on the boom during transport and storage.
The roller rotor has a nice design and a very robust strength and good balance.
Safety bars are standard and shield both rotors while working with the machine.
The safety bars easily fold up during transport and storage.
The raking height is stepless and independently adjustable via a spindle under the rotors to achieve the optimum working process.
All adjustments of the machine are without the use of tools. All brackets and handles are galvanised.
Support legs can be lifted up while working with the machine and are thus always available when it needs to be parked.
The telescopic boom has a 3-edged profile tube inside and 2 bolts to lock it.
If you choose a 3-point suspension for the front lift, the top bar attachment has both a fixed hole and a slot to help the machine follow the terrain if it is hilly.
The wheel folds and turns in front of the tractor, with a width of 2.4 m and a length in front of the front of 3.7 m.
A swivel front wheel with height adjustment ensures a smooth and stable working motion and that the raking arm does not go into the ground when working on hilly terrain.
3-point suspension is bolted on.
The Euro suspension is bolted on.
The SMS suspension is bolted on.
